We stayed at Eappa Barn for a few days and it was perfect for our family of five. The property is beautifully refurbished with a contemporary look and immaculate furnishings. The space was deceivingly large, accommodating us comfortably with a double bed and two sofa beds. The kitchen had all the appliances and facilities we needed, and Gareth, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was great for exploring the surrounding areas and the kids loved the access to the garden and terrace.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Cosy and warm with excellent facilities. Gareth was a welcoming host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Kids loved the layout and access to the garden. Perfect kitchen with all appliances any family would need. Close to Arundel castle and nearby beaches. Highly recommended.
Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.

The property was beautifully refurbished and had a modern, stylish look. the furnishings were immaculate. the kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances and facilities that a family would need, including a coffee machine. the location was great, with easy access to attractions like a castle and the beach. we had a fantastic trip and enjoyed our stay.
There were cleanliness issues during our stay. We found dirty socks in the washing machine and old stuck items in the fridge.
